Design CAD and CAM

All of our products and Tools start life on a computer screen.

Using the latest Solidworks  3D CAD design software, everything is meticulously drawn out to ensure any flaws are engineered out of a product before it is made.

We can accommodate you in whatever form you present an idea to us, scraps of paper right through to 3D models in any format.

Once the product is designed, this is where they go their separate ways. Sheet metal parts get ordered and fabricated in house. CNC Parts get put into the our CAM system hyperMill, where the toolpaths for the machining process are calculated to ensure the best possible product in the most time efficient way.
